A $150.00 deposit will hold your reservation,
of which $100 is refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival date. Within
60 days of the arrival date, the entire deposit is non-refundable and
no other refunds are given. Rates are based on actual length of stay.
All of these rates include your water and sewer usage and also your
high speed internet access in our facilities. For stays of one month
and longer, you pay for your own actual electricity usage. City and
state sales taxes are in addition to these rental rates, which for stays
of less than one month are 11% but for stays of one month and longer
are only 2.2%. The State of Arizona wants you to stay longer than one
month, and SO DO WE!
