A $150.00 deposit will hold your reservation, of which $100 is refundable up to 60 days prior to your original scheduled arrival date. Less than 60 days, the entire deposit is non-refundable. Rates are based actual length of stay, are subject to change at any time and all paid rents are non-refundable. One and two month rates during peak season January through March are subject to additional premiums. All of these rates include water, sewer, trash and use of high speed internet access in the clubhouse computer room. For stays of one month and longer, you pay for your own actual electricity usage directly to the power company. City and state sales taxes are in addition to these rental rates, which for stays of less than one month are 11% but for stays of one month and longer are only 2.2%. The State of Arizona wants you to stay longer than one month, and SO DO WE!
