For reservations less than one month, electric fees are included in the rate. Reservations one month and longer, guests establish an account with the local electric company, SRP. Guests call 800.258.4777 at least one month prior to arrival and are billed monthly for their exact usage. If guests mention “winter visitor,” the deposit is waived. The address to provide is:
