1- If you occupy a site for 30 days or more, you must contact SRP for Electric service connection. The account will be established into your name and they will bill you directly for your exact usage. If you mention you are a winter visitor at Meridian RV Resort, you will not have to pay for the deposit that is required.

2- Everyone including annual residents must check in at the Resort’s Office upon arrival. A staff member will assist all residents while parking their units. If you arrive after office hours, please park in the designated area in front of the Clubhouse along the painted white curbs where posted signs read “Reserved for Registration”. This designated area is the only area for overnight parking.

3- Name badges are provided to each qualified resident and guests and should be worn at all times. Your badge identifies you to management and helps all residents get acquainted a little bit faster. Lost bages can be replaced for $5.

4- Before departing please notify office to the date of departure, so all keys are collected, your account has been paid in full, reservations can be made for your next visit, your forwarding address is correct for your mail with labels being brought to do so. If checking out prior to your paid departure date you agree to relinquish the site back to the resort and understand that the resort can not refund any unused rents.
