Generally one resident per RV must be 55 years young or older. Friends and family, of any age, are welcome to visit residents for a limited period of time. However, they are considered guests and may not become residents.

Up to two well-behaved pets on leashes are allowed. However, certain breeds are excluded. Please contact the office 480-474-8900 to qualify your pets. We have two “Pet Playgrounds” where your best friend can go leash less and socialize with all the others.

We have 200 AMP service with two 50s and one 30 AMP plug at each site. Since we are a next generation RV Resort your power is supplied directly from the power company. So, If you are staying with us for a month or greater you will need to contact “SRP” at 800-258-4777 or 602-236-8888 and arrange for service. Let them know that you are a winter visitor to avoid paying a security deposit.

We offer WiFi at each site or you can use our state-of-the-art computer room to check your email or surf the internet. If you require a connection with upload and download speeds in excess of .5 mbps down and .25 mbps up then contact the telephone company “Qwest” at 800-603-6000 or www.qwest.com or the Cable Company “Mediacom” at 888-847-6628 or www.mediacomcable.com. They both can provide upload and download speeds to 20.0 mbps.

Meridian RV Resort welcomes only RVs at our resort. Rentals are by the day, week, month, year or several month periods. See the Rates page for details.

We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard for reservation deposits and for stays of less than one month. All other credit card transactions are subject to a 4% convenience fee.

We have complimentary, individually locked mailboxes for guests staying one month and longer. You will be assigned a key upon check–in, however, you can forward your mail to the resort a few weeks prior to your arrival. Just let us know.
